Is your process safe for me and my pets?
Yes. While lethal to mold, germs and harmful microorganisms, the EPA-registered products we use in our process are non-toxic and pet-safe.
What gets treated?
Did you know that mold travels with the airflow of your home or business? Where your air goes, so go the mold spores. Our VaPure process treats the entire indoor living space for mold, including HVAC ductwork. If there are concerns about mold in wall cavities, we just insert a small hole and inject fog into the wall cavity.
What if I only have mold in the basement or in one room?
If air in your basement exchanges with air in the rest of your home, you need to treat the whole living area of the home. Spores travel where air travels. It’s really that simple.
How long does it take?
We can service most homes and buildings from start to finish in a day or less. The home will need to be vacant during the fogging process. This means people and pets will need to leave in the morning and return later the same day.
Will you need to tear out any drywall?
If everything is dry and drywall isn’t physically deformed, we can eliminate mold without any demolition, saving you hassle, time and money.
Do we have to throw away any of our belongings?
No. Prior to your scheduled treatment we’ll send simple instructions to help you prepare which will include how to expose belongings to the VaPure.
Is there any guarantee or warranty once my home or business is treated?
Yes.
We not only guarantee our work but also provide a one-year warranty under these conditions:
1) an entire indoor living space is treated and
2) all moisture problems are resolved prior to treatment and do not reoccur
The warranty is void if moisture problems are not resolved prior to treatment or reoccur after treatment.
